After the instrument arrives
The service department is part of the supply. Technicians trained by the manufacturers cover Cyprus from a workshop in Strovolos and from the road.
- Installation and commissioning, including setup, calibration, and software
- Preventive maintenance
- Emergency repair and on-site fault finding
- Calibration and performance checks
- Training for laboratory and healthcare staff
- Regulatory guidance and logistics
Quality system
Medisell publishes an ISO 9001:2015 certificate from TÜV NORD, number A49961511901. Equipment and reagents are supplied as CE-marked and made under the EU rules that apply to them. The published scope is:
- Sales and technical support of laboratory instrumentation
- Sales of diagnostic reagents and laboratory supplies
- Refurbishment of analysers
- Assembly and technical support of mobile stations for ambient air-quality monitoring
